摘要:教学行为是一种文化行为,是基于特定教学情境的实践行为,必然受特定地域文化的影响和制约。通过对固原地区和银川地区20所中小学456名教师的问卷调查和访谈,分析地域文化对中小学教师教学行为的影响情况。结果表明,不同地域文化背景下中小学教师教学组织行为、教学管理行为、教学呈示行为、教学指导行为和教学反思行为存在极其显著性差异,教学准备行为和教学评价行为不存在显著性差异。%Teaching behavior refers to a series of a teacher's behaviors manifested in the teaching process, namely,teaching preparation,teaching practice and teaching reflection.Teaching behavior is subject to certain educational ideas,cultural values,and specific context-based teaching practice.This thesis ana-lyzes 456 primary and secondary school teachers’teaching behavior in Guyuan and Yinchuan with the help of questionnaire and interview.The results show that:firstly,there is a significant difference in the mean scores of the primary and middle school teachers,teaching behavior in Guyuan and Yinchuan areas. Secondly,there are significant differences in different regional cultural context of primary and middle school teachers teaching organizational behavior,teaching managerial behavior,teaching presentation be-havior,teaching guide behavior and teaching reflection behavior.But there is no significant difference in teaching preparatory behavior and teaching evaluation behavior.Thirdly,the regional culture of primary and middle school teachers’teaching organizational behavior,teaching managerial behavior,teaching presentation behavior,teaching conduct behavior and teaching reflection behavior is highly correlated;no correlation exists among the teaching preparation behavior and teaching evaluation behavior.
