Michelin tops in customer satisfaction

Micheiin has topped the passenger car seg ment in a customer satisfaction survey conducted in Japan for 2011. Bridgestone ranked the highest in the mini van segment and Yokohama topped in the mini car/compact car segment. The survey was conducted by JD Power Asia Pacific. The study also found that 38% of the Japanese customers relied on the internet to choose their tyre.
