    • 摘要: 目的:建立能够同时测定恩替卡韦薄膜衣片8种有关物质的高效液相色谱法.方法:参考美国药典40和中美上海施贵宝制药有限公司的恩替卡韦薄膜衣片(博路定)标准(YBH33292005)等,采用WATERS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为水-乙腈-三氟乙酸(990:10:1),流动相B为水-乙腈-三氟乙酸(700:300:1),梯度洗脱,采用紫外-可见光检测器,检测波长为254 nm,柱温30°C,建立同时测定恩替卡韦薄膜衣片8种有关物质的高效液相色谱法,并对该检测方法进行方法学验证.结果:恩替卡韦与各杂质峰之间的分离度均大于1.5,8种有关物质在线性范围内均与峰面积成良好的线性关系,检测限、定量限、精密度、稳定性、耐用性、专属性等均符合要求.结论:本研究建立的高效液相色谱法可同时检测恩替卡韦薄膜衣片常见的8种有关物质.

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨西药薄膜包衣片剂稳定性,为有关医学工作提供参考.方法 以氨磺必利片为例,分析其稳定性,在氨磺必利片的生产工艺基础上,加强原料质量控制,检测药物的稳定性.结果 在把控原料的过程中,得到准确的药物配置量,优化生产工艺,证明该药物片剂的稳定性.结论 西药是较为常见的药物,对人们的健康具有重要意义,通过对西药薄膜包衣片稳定性的研究,利于更好的使用该药物,也利于促进药物的研发工作.

    • 摘要: 改进氨甲环酸片(薄膜衣片)红外分光光度法鉴别.样品前处理方式中过滤的步骤以高转速离心(10000 r·min-1,离心20 min)替代,以避免辅料等在过滤过程中堵塞滤膜或滤器的滤孔,造成过滤困难、 耗时长;低温放置样品溶液以促进结晶的析出,利于晶体的获得,便于红外检测.改进后的方法得到的结晶明显、 量大、 效率高;该方法简便、 高效,适用于氨甲环酸片的批量处理.

    • 摘要: 目的:制备具有氧化稳定性间苯三酚薄膜衣片,并建立相应的质量控制方法.方法:通过加入抗氧剂和薄膜衣阻隔的双重方法增加间苯三酚口服片剂的稳定性,经正交设计拟订处方组成,筛选出符合要求的处方与制备工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定间苯三酚含量,并通过影响因素试验考察间苯三酚薄膜衣片的稳定性.结果:按照优化出来的最佳处方及工艺制备的试样品,其质量及溶出度均合格.结论:制剂处方合理,制备工艺简单可行,产品溶出及稳定性良好,质量可控.%Objective:To prepare film-coated phloroglucinol tablets with oxidation stability and establish the methods for its quality control.Methods:The stability of phloroglucinol oral tablets was improved by film coating containing antioxidant.Orthogonal design was used for optimization of the formula and preparation technology.The content of phloroglucinol in the preparation was determined by HPLC and the stability of phloroglucinol was investigated by influence factors experiments.Results:The optimal formula and preparation method were determined.The quality and dissolution of film-coated tablets met the requirements.Conclusion:The film-coated phloroglucinol tablets have a reasonable formula,a simple preparation process and good dissolution and stability.The quality of the products can be easily controlled.

    • 摘要: OBJECTIVE:To prepare Frovatriptan succinate film-coated tablet,and investigate its in vitro dissolution behavior. METHODS:Using lactose monohydrate,microcrystalline cellulose,dioxide,silica,sodium carboxymethyl starch and magnesium stearate as accessories,Frovatriptan succinate tablet was prepared. Using opadry premix spray-coating liquid,Frovatriptan succinate film-coated tablet was prepared. Single factor test was used,using moisture,angle of repose,rigidity,friability,disintegration time and dissolution rate as indexes,to screen the formulation;using dissolution degree as index,coating material dosage was screened. The dissolution curves in vitro of self-made tablets and imported tablets in water,0.1 mol/L HCL,pH of 5.5,6.8 phos-phate buffer solutions were compared. RESULTS:The optimal formulation of Frovatriptan succinate uncoated tablet was as follow as frovatriptan succinate 3.91 mg,lactose monohydrate 99.18 mg,microcrystalline cellulose 33.06 mg,magnesium stearate 1.40 mg,sodium carboxymethyl starch 1.05 mg,silica 1.40 mg;optimal coating weighed quality was 2.0%-4.0%. In the 4 mediums, the dissolution behavior of self-made tablets and imported tablets were similar. CONCLUSIONS:Frovatriptan succinate film-coated tablet is prepared successfully,and its in vitro dissolution behavior is similar to the imported preparations.%目的:制备琥珀酸呋罗曲坦薄膜衣片,并考察其体外溶出行为.方法:以一水乳糖、微晶纤维素、二氧化硅、羧甲淀粉钠和硬脂酸镁为辅料制备琥珀酸呋罗曲坦素片,以欧巴代预混包衣液喷雾包衣制备琥珀酸呋罗曲坦薄膜衣片.采用单因素试验,以水分、休止角、硬度、脆碎度、崩解时限和溶出度为指标筛选素片处方,以溶出度为指标筛选包衣材料用量.比较自制片剂与进口片剂在水、0.1 mol/L HCl和pH为5.5、6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液中的体外溶出曲线.结果:素片最优处方为琥珀酸呋罗曲坦3.91 mg、一水乳糖99.18 mg、微晶纤维素33.06 mg、硬脂酸镁1.40 mg、羧甲淀粉钠1.05 mg、二氧化硅1.40 mg;最优包衣增质量在2.0%~4.0%范围内.在4种介质中,自制片剂与进口片剂溶出行为均相似.结论:成功制得琥珀酸呋罗曲坦薄膜衣片,其体外溶出行为与进口制剂相似.

    • 摘要: 目的 建立UPLC-MS测定薄膜衣片中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂含量的方法.方法 采用甲醇提取,WatersACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)同时串联Waters PFCs Isolator捕集柱(2.1 mm×50 mm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:0.4mL·min-1;采用电喷雾离子源,正离子模式,多反应监测模式检测.结果 在实验条件下,16种塑化剂分离良好;DBP、DIBP检测限为0.5 mg·kg-1,其余14种塑化剂检测限为0.1 mg·kg-1;DBP、DIBP在0.20~1.00 μg·mL-1内,其余14种塑化剂在0.05~1.00 μg·mL-1内,峰面积与检测浓度之间的线性关系良好(r≥0.995);平均回收率均在83%~115%之间.结论 该方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于薄膜衣片中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的测定.%OBJECTIVE To establish an UPLC-MS method for simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of phthalates in film-coated tablets.METHODS Phthalates were extracted with methanol.Separation was performed on Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) connected in series with Waters PFCs Isolator column (2.1 mm×50 mm).0.1%formic acid solution and methanol were used as mobile phases in gradient elution,flow rate was 0.4 mL·min-1.ESI+ and multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) were adopted in MS/MS.RESULTS Sixteen kinds of phthalates could be completely separated.The detection limits of DBP and DIBP were 0.5 mg.kg-1,and other 14 kinds of phthalates were 0.1 mg·kg-1.DBP and DIBP in the range of 0.20-1.00 μg·mL-1,and other 14 kinds of phthalates in the range of 0.05-1.00 μg·mL-1 had good linear relationships with relative coefficients (r≥0.995).The average recoveries were from 83% to 115%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be applied to simultaneous determination of phthalates in film-coated tablets.

    • 摘要: 目的制备匹可硫酸钠薄膜衣片,并进行质量评价。方法采用湿法制粒制备匹可硫酸钠薄膜衣片;采用高效液相色谱法,对其含量均匀度、溶出度、含量及影响因素试验(高温、高湿、强光)结果进行考察。结果匹可硫酸钠在4.006 4-140.224μg·mL-1浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为1.19%。影响因素试验中外观、溶出度及含量均未明显变化。结论该制备工艺稳定可行,质量稳定可控。

    • 摘要: 目的:制备匹可硫酸钠薄膜衣片,并进行质量评价。方法采用湿法制粒制备匹可硫酸钠薄膜衣片;采用高效液相色谱法,对其含量均匀度、溶出度、含量及影响因素试验(高温、高湿、强光)结果进行考察。结果匹可硫酸钠在4.0064~140.224μg·mL -1浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r =0.9994),平均回收率为99.51%,RSD 为1.19%。影响因素试验中外观、溶出度及含量均未明显变化。结论该制备工艺稳定可行,质量稳定可控。%Objective To prepare Sodium Picosulfate Film -coated Tablets,and carry on the quality appraisal.Meth-ods Sodium Picosulfate Film -coated Tablets were prepared by means of wet granulation.The results of content uniformi-ty,dissolution,content and influence factors tests (high temperature,high moisture and bright light)of Sodium Picosulfate Film -coated Tablets were investigated by HPLC.Results The linear range of sodium picosulfat was 4.006 4 ~1 40.224μg·mL -1 (r =0.999 4).The average recovery of sodium picosulfate was 99.51 %(RSD =1 .1 9%).In the influence fac-tors test,the results showed that there was no differences in the appearance,content and dissolution.Conclusion The prep-aration technique was reasonable and practicable,the standard was controllable.

    • 摘要: 通过刺五加薄膜衣片与糖衣片生产工艺、质量的比较,达到加强刺五加片包衣后的质量和稳定性,提高企业经济效益的目的。结果为:刺五加薄膜衣生产工艺可行,薄膜衣片与糖衣片比较无论在崩解度、水分、硬度、稳定性还是在应用范围、经济效益方面都有很大提高。试验结论为:刺五加薄膜包衣生产工艺可行且比传统糖衣片的质量和稳定性都有加强。
