Final Ruling on PBT Resin Antidumping Case

The Ministry of Commerce(MOC)has made a final ruling that starting from July 22nd,2006,an antidumping tariff will be imposed on the import of polybutylene terephthalate resin(PBT)originated from Japan and Taiwan province.The product is listed in the tariff code of 39079900 in the"Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China",but reinforced or modified PBT resin varieties in the tariff code are not included.
