Final Ruling on Polyester Film Antidumping Case

The State Council Tariff Commission has decided to continue to impose antidumping tax on the import of polyester film originated from Korea from December 28th,2005 according to the scope and the tariff defined in No.7 Circular in 2000 and No.1 Circular in 2003 issued by the former Moftec.The execution period is 5 years.The antidumping tariff applied to Toray Saehan Inc.is 33%.
