Through investigating 325 members within 48 R&D teams which are from scientific research institutions and high-tech enterprises in Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu in Anhui province, this paper uses the data obtained from the questionnaire to make a cross-level research on the mechanism , namely team innovation climate→collective efficacy→member's innovative behavior by the hierarchical liner modeling method. Empirical results show that team innovative climate is positive related to individual innovation behavior, and collective efficacy have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between investigating climate and member's innovation behavior.%在对来自安徽省合芜蚌三市的科研院所和高技术企业的48个研发团队、325名成员调查的基础上,运用调研数据,运用多层线性模型对“团队创新氛围→集体效能感→成员创新行为”作用机制进行跨层次分析.实证研究结果显示:团队创新氛围对成员创新行为有显著的正向影响;集体效能感在团队创新氛围对成员创新行为的影响过程中起部分中介作用.
