The new curriculum reform proposes higher require-ments on students' innovative ability,and innovative ability req-uires the simultaneous development of the mental factors and non-intellectual factors. However, traditional teaching attaches more importance to intelligence factors and ignores non-intelli-gence factors, so it is harmful for the cultivation of students' innovative ability.Combined with practical experience,the writer inquires into strategies of arousing non-intelligence factors.% 新课改对学生的创新能力提出了较高要求,而创新能力的培养需要智力因素与非智力因素的同步发展。但传统教学比较注重智力因素的发展而忽视了非智力因素的发展,不利于学生创新能力的培养。本文主要结合自身教学实践,从兴趣、动机、情感、习惯、意志等方面探讨初中地理教学中激发非智力因素的策略。
