浅析以构建高校就业服务体系为载体提升大学生就业竞争力

高校毕业生就业形势严峻，就业压力逐年增大，构建完善的毕业生就业服务体系是解决大学生就业问题的主要途径之一。高校应确立多样化服务理念，建立健全集服务、教育、管理功能于一体的就业指导服务体系。%The employment situation for college graduates is grim and the pressure on employment increases year by year. One of the major solutions is to build an employment service system for college graduates,a sound set of career guidance and service system involving services,education and management functions in one system.
