神华铁路货车状态修关键制动技术探讨

摘要

At present,Shenhua are facing some problems because of adopting planed preventive maintenance system for its railway wagon such as shorter vehicle repair cycle and greater resource consumption.It suggested that Shenhua should adopt condition-based maintenance to maximise vehicle integrated transport efficiency.By analyzing the current situation of the vehicle braking system,it expounds key factors for Shenhua wagon to implement condition-based maintenance such as the higher reliability of braking technology,electro pneumatic brake technology and intelligent air brake system monitoring technology.%针对目前神华铁路货车采用预防性计划检修过程中存在的检修周期短、资源消耗大等问题,提出采用状态检修模式以最大限度提高车辆综合运输效益.通过对货车关键部分的空气制动系统当前的实际技术状态进行深入研究分析,提出高可靠性的制动技术、电空制动技术和空气制动系统智能监测技术是神华铁路货车实现状态修的关键因素.
