学前融合教育的实践与探索--以北京市A幼儿园为例

         

摘要

本研究采用访谈、观察、实物搜集的研究方法,对北京市A幼儿园实施融合教育的原因、安置残疾儿童及培养师资进行了研究。通过深层的分析和探讨,研究者认为:态度与信念是实施学前融合教育的核心要素,政府支持是实施学前融合教育的制度保障,多元安置模式是学前融合教育本土化的现实选择,培养融合教育师资是保证学前融合教育质量的关键。A幼儿园在积极态度与信念推动下,自下而上探索融合教育的过程为我国学前融合教育发展提供了借鉴。%This study used qualitative research methods to look into the reasons why a private kindergarten in Beijing implemented inclusive education,how this kindergarten settled the special children and how it cultivated teachers.The results showed that the positive attitude promoted the kindergarten to implement the inclusive education, besides, the support from government supplied system guarantee. It was both practical and rational for the kindergarten to choose the right placement mode according to the actual situation and localize inclusive preschool education. Cultivating inclusive preschool teachers was the key to ensuring the education quality.In a word, the practice of inclusive education in Kindergarten A provides an example for other kindergartens.
