The present invention relates to semi-dried fish with an extended shelf life and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, by forming a coating film containing deep sea water and chitosan on the surface of semi-dried fish, it is possible to reduce fishy smell and increase the storage period. It relates to a semi-dried fish with improved overall taste and a method for manufacturing the same because the meat juice remains intact and the fish's original texture and flavor are excellent.
