PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for chaos control which stabilize an unstable point for neural network that can be generate chaos. CONSTITUTION: To a system of chaos neural network, the unstable point is found (S1), Jachobian is found for a system including feedback for control (S2), and the range of parameters of the feedback is found so that the absolute values of its characteristic values are all less than 1 (S3), and a maximum feedback value is set so as to saturate the feedback value so that the system is not diverged as a result of the feedback (S4), and feedback to the chaos neural network is performed by using the feedback parameters, maximum feedback value, and unstable point, thereby stabilizing the unstable point (S5).
