ANALYSIS METHOD OF HUMOR PROTEIN USING LIPOSOME AS LIGAND AND METHOD FOR PREPARING HUMOR PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a protein in humor by extracting the protein selectively.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an analysis method of a liposome-binding humor protein, wherein: a protein-liposome conjugate is formed by mixing humor and a liposome in the presence of a metal ion such as calcium ion; the conjugate is separated from the humor; then the protein is liberated from the conjugate and fractionated; and at least one of the fractionated protein fractions is analyzed. The invention also relates to a method for preparing a liposome-binding humor protein wherein a liberated protein is collected after the protein is liberated in the same method. The invention further relates to an analysis method of a liposome-binding humor protein, wherein: a protein from humor of a test subject is fractionated in the same method; the fractionated result is compared with that of humor obtained from a healthy person by the same step; a protein is identified which has a change in amount between the humors of the test subject and the healthy person; and at least one of the identified protein fractions is analyzed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
