PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a raw material containing β-glucan in a large amount and used for health foods and the like.;SOLUTION: This method for culturing mushroom Aureobasidium pullulans is characterized by disposing a culture medium containing mushroom carpophores as a main raw material and inoculating the culture medium with the Aureobasidium pullulans to culture and propagate the mushroom Aureobasidium pullulans. The mushroom carpophores is a crushed mixture of one or more selected from polypore, Coriolus versicolor, Ganoderma lucidum, Fomes yucatensis, Inonotus obliquus, Agaricus, and Sparassis crispa.
