PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cultured multilayer epithelium sheet using a dried amnionic membrane produced by a specific drying method. PSOLUTION: A dried amnionic membrane keeping the cellular tissue of a raw amnionic membrane is obtained by continuously heating a raw amnionic membrane placed in a processing tank by a far-infrared heater provided in the processing tank, pressure-reducing operation to decrease pressure in the processing tank, keeping to warm the raw amnionic membrane by irradiating a microwave from a microwave heating device provided outside of the processing tank, pressure-recovering operation to recover the pressure of the processing tank under reduced pressure, and repeating the pressure-reducing or recovering operation in several times. The obtained amnionic membrane itself has the functions of a scaffold and feeder cell, and is useful for producing the cultured multilayered epithelium sheet. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
