PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder-like card for a subject insured by a health insurance in which necessary items of the individual subject insured can be visually confirmed as before, an independence and an responsibility for issuing are clarified, and a plurality of functions are made to coexist in accordance with a card to be stored.;SOLUTION: The card holder-like card for a subject insured by a health insurance is provided with a card holder main body 2 with an opening part 3 on one side part side. The card holder main body 2 consisting of a bag-like shape made of a synthetic resin is an approximately rectangular article in which an IC card 1 is inserted from the opening part 3 and is stored therein. As a surface side displaying part, on the surface part of the card holder main body 2, the necessary items as the card for the subject insured by the health insurance consisting of the mark, the number, the name, the sex distinction, the birth date of the subject insured memorized in an IC card 1 stored are displayed by such a method as printing. As a back surface side displaying part, on the back surface part of the card holder main body 2, matters demanding special attention similar to the matters demanding special attention to the card for the subject insured issued in the same way as the conventional paper card for the subject insured are displayed by such a method as printing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
