The collimator device (1) has an anti-scatter grid (2) which is provided for absorption of an object scattered by secondary radiation. The linear piezoelectric actuator (3) is superimposed with anti-scatter grid, so that movement of anti-scatter grid is performed along X and Y directions. The travel range of the linear piezoelectric actuators is set in the range of 0.1-20 mm.
