METHOD FOR PRODUCING SILICON-CONTAINING PARTICLES FOR ANODE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, ANODE MEMBER FOR NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY, AND SILICON-CONTAINING PARTICLES FOR ANODE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR NON-AQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY
In the present invention, the silicon-containing particles for a negative electrode active material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery were produced by subjecting the silicon-containing particles obtained by the vapor deposition method to heat treatment in a reducing atmosphere at a temperature range of, for example, 400-1100 占 폚. In addition, the silicon-containing particles for the negative electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery made by this manufacturing method were such that the negative electrode active oxygen content for the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery was 0.1 to 1.5% by mass. As a result, when used as a negative electrode active material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, it is possible to obtain a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a small change in volume at the time of charging and discharging, and having excellent cycle efficiency and high initial efficiency.
