METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EXTRACTION BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES FROM PLANT RAW MATERIAL WITH USAGE OF NON TRADITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

A method and a device for biologically active substances from plant raw material continuous extraction are provided. The method provides an extractant and plant raw material supplement under gravity in continuous conditions, correlation controle in extractant and extracted raw material mixture by changing amount of extractant supplied directly at extraction process, biologically active substances extraction from plant raw material by means of electro hydro impulse technology by physical agents effect caused by high voltage impulses discharge on plant cell, continuous mixing extract and raw material with hydrodynamical flow caused by high voltage impulses discharge in the extractant, volatile matter and low specific weight subsances detachement directly in continues regime and extractant and extracted substances automatical discharge at extraction process. The device includes horizontal installed cylinder and at least couple of electropulse discharge chambers disposed in the ends thereof. The electrodes feeded by high voltage impulses are disposed in the chambers. The device is equipped with additional capacities intended for volatile matter and low specific weight subsances detachment received at extraction process.
