摘要

The optimum modes of ultrasonic influence at an intensification of extraction of useful substances from plant raw materials are considered. It is shown that at extraction of such substances as arbutin and rutin it is required low-intensive short ultrasonic influence which doesn't destroy molecular communications; while the others, such, as bitulin, on the contrary, it is requires high-intensity long ultrasonic influence.
