Provided is a medium for inducing or proliferating an Acer takesimense callus. According to the present invention, a callus has been induced from Acer takesimense, and adequate culture condition for proliferation of the callus is also set, thereby establishing the culture condition adequate for mass tissue culture for Acer takesimense. Therefore, it is possible to mass-produce Acer takesimense which has been hard to mass-produce due to local features.
