PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: a driver's action to look back to check a traffic lane is an action necessary to ensure safety; however, the line of sight goes outside a driving visual field range, and thus the action is determined as inattentive driving, and the driver may receive an alarm.;SOLUTION: An inattentive driving determination device, an inattentive driving determination method, and a program for determining inattentive driving compare a change pattern detected from a change in line of sight or direction of the face of a driver with a preset reference pattern, and when the change pattern is a pattern corresponding to the reference pattern, temporarily switches a normal time determination condition for performing determination of inattentive driving and determines that the change pattern does not correspond to inattentive driving.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
