To enable determination of inattentive driving in consideration of a change in travel direction.SOLUTION: An inattentive driving determination device comprises: a first acquisition unit that acquires first detection information indicating the direction of the line of sight or face of a driver; a determination unit that determines whether the driver drives inattentively on the basis of the direction of the line of sight or face of the driver indicated in the first detection information and a first determination condition set for determining inattentive driving; a second acquisition unit that acquires second detection information indicating the rotational angular velocity around the vertical axis of the vehicle or acceleration in the transverse direction of the vehicle; and a determination condition changing unit that changes, on the basis of the second detection information, the first determination condition to a second determination condition different from the first determination condition, in a period during which the rotational angular velocity or the acceleration in the transverse direction not satisfying a preset reference is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
