D-crab pricy: The Oregon and Washington crab fleet was struggling with weather as blustery storms churned swells up to 30 feet off Oregon, keeping many in port until the last few days of the month.The Jan. 15 Northern California and Southern Oregon opener came in time to fill demand, right when prices had started to drop, said John Corbin, a commissioner with the Oregon Dungeness Crab Commission.
