Narrowing the gap:industry and immigrant integration

IMMIGRANTS REPRESENT a highly skilled workforce in Canada,yet they continually face challenges when trying to connect with employers in their field.Since 100 per cent of Canada's labour force growth is expected to come from immigrants by 2011 (Conference Board Canada),industries that recruit and integrate immigrants will be at a considerable business advantage over the next several years.
