摘要

A method of reconstructing the three-dimensional structure of objects is proposed and investigated. The method is based on scanning the object with a plane x-ray beam and detecting the backscattered radiation. A mathematical model of the layer-by-layer reconstruction is developed, taking into account the absorption in the previous layers, and the dependence of the reconstruction quality on the intensity of the primary radiation and on the depth of the reconstructed layer is investigated.
