Aricom plc has announced that it intends sto acquire a 49% interest in the bolshoi sejm ilmenite and magnetite deposit in russia.Aricom has entered into a non-binding heads of agreement to acquire a 49% interest int he holding company that will own ural mining-the company which currently holds the licence to develop the deposit.
