The Tale of Two Professors

THIS STORY IS A TRUE TALE OF two professors. Many of you know them because you contributed to their American Wine Society Educational Foundation (AWSEF) scholarships, and they presented talks at the AWS annual conference. To date, the AWSEF Board of Trustees has awarded nearly 40 scholarships to outstanding graduate students studying enology, viticulture or health aspects of wine. (See attached table for details.) This story is about two of them who are already professors.
