ProAmpac completes acquisition of Clondalkin Flexible Packaging

ProAmpac has acquired Clondalkin Flexible Packaging, Orlando, from Clondalkin Group. Specialising in converting, printing, die-cutting and slitting packaging materials, it is a market leader in lidding foils and films. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. "For more than 20 years, ProAmpac has partnered with Clondalkin to create lidding and films," said ProAmpac CEO Greg Tucker. "This acquisition enables us to offer customers an integrated and comprehensive capability, as well as an ability to meet their demands for daisy chain portion-pack lidding."
