Venezuela and China look set to strengthen energy ties further with a visit to Beijing this week by Venezuelan Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez. Ramirez arrived in China Tuesday and was scheduled to meet with officials from the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as representatives from state giants China National Petroleum Corp.
