A two-year impasse over the ownership of Hungary's Mol ended Tuesday, when the Hungarian government agreed to buy Russian Surgutneftegas' stake in the oil and gas producer. "Today Hungary has reacquired a 21.2% stake in Mol from Russia," Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said. It will pay ?1.88 billion ($2.6 billion) for the shares, to be funded from an IMF loan.
