摘要

Detection systems for blueberry scorch carlavirus (BBScV) and blueberry red ringspot caulimovirus (BBRRV) were developed. The most sensitive method for detection of both viruses was PCR. Nucleic acid spot hybridization was less effective. Transmission experiments confirmed that at least one aphid species is capable of transmitting BBScV.
