Minimization of complexity in production planning and control-simple PPC for companies with linear process chains

PPC systems are the information backbone of the most producing companies. Because of their highnumber of functions and their complexity, standard PPC systems on the market are supportingflexible but simple production structures very often not in the right way. In the context of theorganization of production and design of PPC systems a concept for the minimization of PPCcomplexity will be shown.
