I have discerned more blockages in the system of production. These are the trumpeters and the coat hangers or the coat-tail-hangers-on, who pursue achievement by hanging onto the production of producers. Well, our hats are always off for the producers when they come forward and tell us that what was produced was ill advised, and that is why we do not recommend its use again on anybody. Yet, the system is full of opposition that refuses to admit and will not consider relinquishing a thought or published production methodology. I am sure by now that the reader is eager to know what and who. Too bad! You will have to figure out the detailed configuration, hi the meantime, we continue to see more extruded metals in the face, more implants placed in tight spaces, and more patients getting their seventh set of distraction without having learned that the soft tissue was the problem not the skeleton alone and that the potential for growth was disregarded, a fault not to be placed at the door of the manufacturer of the distraction unit.
