New ships come to the cruise market in 2010

During 2010,14 new cruise ships will be delivered: six by Italy's Fincantieri, three by STX Europe, two by Meyer Werft and one apiece from other yards in Italy, Spain and the USA. Most of these are clones of or are based on vessels in service, with only a handful being completely new designs.rnProbably the most significant is NCL's Norwegian Epic, which will be named on 2 July prior to going to the Caribbean.rnOasis of the Seas has received massive publicity, and sister Allure of the Seas will no doubt attract similar attention in August. British cruise-goers will welcome P&O's Azura and Cunard's Queen Elizabeth, near-sisters to Venturarnand Queen Victoria respectively.
