CSI has continued to develop its FUEL-FACS+ automation system and its success with the suite of tools that fall under the brand proves its popularity with oil and gas companies and their logistics providers. An important launch this year for Control Systems International (CSI) was the marine application for its FUEL-FACS+ system. It has already successfully installed the system at three bulk storage facilities around the world. The new system provides marine terminal operators with a wide range of functionalities covering product receipt or discharge from and to all types of liquid and LPG tankers and barges. These range from the everyday, such as nomination entry, dispatching and activation, to complex requirements such as the declaration of final values on the basis of tank levels, meter readings, ship's figures or bills of lading.
