Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of health education table in nursing care of patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional health education and the observation group was given health education guided by health education table. The compliance and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. The selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) were used to assess the emotional state of patients. Results The compliance and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were significant higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P<005). The score of SAS and SDS were decreased in both two groups after intervention (P<0.01), and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.01).  Conclusion Health education guided by health education table can improve the compliance and satisfaction to nursing service, and relieve negative mood of patients with lung cancer.
机译:摘要:目的探讨健康教育表在肺癌患者护理中的价值。方法将60例肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组在健康教育表的指导下接受健康教育。比较两组患者对护理服务的依从性和满意度。用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的情绪状态。结果观察组对护理服务的依从性和满意度明显高于对照组(P <005)。两组干预后SAS和SDS评分均降低(P <0.01),观察组低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论以健康教育表为指导的健康教育可以提高对护理服务的依从性和满意度,减轻肺癌患者的不良情绪。
