To all you chocoholics out there, I have some news for you: The ultimate chocolate croissant has finally arrived (well, at least in my mind it has!). I have spent years reworking this formula and I think I finally may have gotten it right. One bite marries the warm flavors of chocolate, cinnamon, and hazelnut, a combination, which in my opinion, is simply divine. What could be more deliriously satisfying than a rich, buttery chocolate croissant dough wrapped around a chocolate baton with a touch of hazelnut paste and sprinkled with a delicate sweet cinnamon sugar coating? It's heaven, I tell you.
