新护士岗前培训中不同护理技能培训方法的分析

         

摘要

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the effect of different nursing skills training methods in the pre job training of new nurses, to find the best training mode. Methods from February 2015 to July 2014, 40 nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group adopted the traditional training model, the experimental group adopted the reform of the training mode, compared with the two groups of one-time pass rate, the full satisfaction of training, and 3 months after the satisfaction of nursing. Results in the experimental group, the one-time pass rate, the satisfaction of the training, and 3 months after hospitalization were significantly better than the control group, the two groups were compared with P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion the reform of the skills training model can effectively integrate nursing etiquette, humanities and communication, etc., can make the new nurse quickly get started, can improve the level of professional skills of new nurses, and promote the development of the relationship between doctors and patients, it is worth further promotion and use.%目的:探讨不同护理技能培训方法在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果,寻找最佳培训模式。方法选取我院2014年7月至2015年2月新上岗护士40人,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取传统的技能培训模式,实验组则采取改革后的技能培训模式,比较两组考试一次性通过率、对培训的满意度以及3个月后住院患者对护理的满意度。结果实验组在考试一次性通过率、对培训的满意度以及3个月后住院患者对护理的满意度均明显优于对照组,两组比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论改革后的技能培训模式能有效的将护理礼仪、人文以及交流沟通等融入到护理操作中,可使新护士快速上手,能最大程度提高新护士专业技能水平,促进医患关系的友好发展,值得进一步推广和使用。
