'翻转课堂'在新护士临床护理操作技能岗前培训中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of "flip classroom"in pre-job training of new nurses for clinical nursing operation skills.Methods:A total of 30 new nurses who were trained by the form of traditional classroom teaching in 2015 were selected as the control group,and a total of 30 new nur-ses who were trained by "flip classroom"for pre-job training in our hospital in 2016 were listed as observation group.The two groups were trained in ac-cordance with the new nurses clinical nursing skills training program for pre -job training.And by use the statistical method, the teaching effect of the training scores of the two groups of new nurses were compared.Results:The performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The love for teaching model,improvement of learning initiative, learning enthusiasm, improvement of learning efficiency,independent think-ing ability,independent operation ability and clinical problem -solving ability in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:"Flip classroom"is suitable for new nurses clinical nursing skills pre -job training, and it can improve the training effect and the new nurses' satisfaction on the training courses.%目的:探讨"翻转课堂"在新护士临床护理操作技能岗前培训中的应用效果.方法:将我院2015年采用传统课堂授课形式进行岗前培训的30名新护士作为对照组,将我院2016年采用"翻转课堂"教学模式进行岗前培训的30名新护士列为观察组.分别按照新护士临床护理操作技能培训计划进行岗前培训.并使用统计学方法对两组新护士的培训考核成绩进行教学效果的比较.结果:观察组考核成绩均优于对照组考核成绩(P<0.05);观察组对喜欢教学模式、提高学习主动权、促进学习积极性、提高学习效率、提高独立思考能力、提高独立操作能力、提高临床解决问题能力均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:"翻转课堂"适用于新护士临床护理操作技能岗前培训,可提高培训效果及新护士对培训课程的满意度.
