基于“W”型三通道“人才成长树”工程在煤矿企业人才培养中的探索实践

河南能源永煤陈四楼煤矿的培养后备人才工作，健全完善“W”型三通道，积极探索创新实施了“人才成长树”工程，为全矿员工搭建成长成才平台，引导员工进行职业生涯规划，形成了以能力和业绩为导向的人才培养机制。%In the reserve personnel training of Henan energy permanent coal Chensilou Coal Mine, according to the way of Henan energy "W" three channel, and actively explore and innovate, and implement the "talent growing tree"project, building a talent platform for the growth of mine workers, and guiding the staff career planning, formed the talent training mechanism oriented capacity and performance, which promote the mine to achieve sustained, healthy and efifcient development of the talent tree with luxuriant foliage, fruits.
