医护配合缺陷的心理因素与对策

目的：为了减轻心理因素对医护工作配合效果的影响，提高医护工作配合质量。方法职业素质培训、医护心理学技巧的培训、沟通技巧的培训、医护团队互动训练等方法。结果建立一种交流-协作-互补-监督的新型工作关系，以期在医疗活动的过程中构建互相尊重理解、相互关爱支持的环境。结论重视心理因素在医护配合中的影响，提高医护配合质量，按照职责分工，共同完成工作任务。%Objective Psychological factors on the effect of doctor-nurse cooperation should be paid attention to and medical work quality should be improved. Methods Fine doctor-nurse cooperation can be achieved by occupation quality training, medical psychology skills training, communication skills training and medical team interaction training.Results A new working relationship model will be established, which is interpreted as exchange-cooperation-complementary-supervision. Respecting, understanding and supporting each other should also be set up in the process of medical activities. Conclusion According to the responsibility of labor division, the important task of good maintenance of human health can be accomplished on the condition that the influence of psychological factors on medical cooperation is taken seriously and medical work quality is improved.
