目的:为了减轻心理因素对医护工作配合效果的影响,提高医护工作配合质量。方法职业素质培训、医护心理学技巧的培训、沟通技巧的培训、医护团队互动训练等方法。结果建立一种交流-协作-互补-监督的新型工作关系,以期在医疗活动的过程中构建互相尊重理解、相互关爱支持的环境。结论重视心理因素在医护配合中的影响,提高医护配合质量,按照职责分工,共同完成工作任务。%Objective Psychological factors on the effect of doctor-nurse cooperation should be paid attention to and medical work quality should be improved. Methods Fine doctor-nurse cooperation can be achieved by occupation quality training, medical psychology skills training, communication skills training and medical team interaction training.Results A new working relationship model will be established, which is interpreted as exchange-cooperation-complementary-supervision. Respecting, understanding and supporting each other should also be set up in the process of medical activities.
