To provide a psychological factor score estimation value calculation device capable of estimating a psychological factor score on the basis of an image parameter, a quality design parameter and a synchronization degree of image and sound.SOLUTION: The psychological factor score estimation value calculation device comprises: input means configured to input a psychological factor, an image parameter, a quality design parameter, an image signal and a sound signal; storage means configured to hold coefficients of a formula for calculating psychological factor score estimation value for each of multiple psychological factors; image-voice synchronization degree calculation means configured to calculate a synchronization degree of image and sound from the input image signal and sound signal; calculation means configured to calculate a psychological factor score estimation value by reading the input psychological factor and a coefficient corresponding to the image parameter from the storage means and inputting into formula, to which the coefficient is applied, the input image parameter, the quality design parameter, and the calculated synchronization degree of image and sound; and output means configured to output the psychological factor score estimation value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
