高职院校计算机应用技术专业基于工作室的“三段式”人才培养模式初探

摘要

Relying on the professional studio,the major of applied computer technology in higher vocational college is carrying out ＂three-stage＂ talent training mode combining study with working experience in order to adapt to the IT enterprise＇s demand for qualified talents.After gaining some basic computer skills,students can receive the professional skill training according to their different major direction and then they can take the internship in the enterprises to improve their comprehensive skills to realize the zero distance employment.%为了适应IT企业对人才的需求,高职院校计算机应用技术专业依托专业工作室实施工学结合的＂三段式＂人才培养模式,让学生在掌握一定的计算机基本技能后,先按照不同的专业方向进入学校相关工作室进行专业技能训练,再下企业顶岗实习提高综合技能,可以实现学生＂零距离＂上岗。
