化工原理优秀教学团队建设的研究与实践

高等院校建设优秀教学团队对于教师的专业发展和人才培养的提高具有十分重要的意义,是高等院校实现可持续发展的重要举措。本文主要阐述了吉林化工学院化工原理教学团队在创建吉林省高等学校优秀教学团队中的实践探索和取得的成果。%The building of excellent college teaching team is of important significance for teachers＇ professional development and improvement of talent training quality, and it is also an important way to achieve sustainable development.
