PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi allocation system for obtaining satisfaction of a user who requests a driver whose customer service is excellent by collecting only selected drivers who offer excellent customer service.;SOLUTION: A computer 20 is provided at a registration center 10 for which the drivers D with their will to offer an excellent customer service have entered. The computer 20 has a recommendation counter update means 23 for updating the number of recommendation of each driver D stored in a driver database 22 for storing various kinds of information about each driver D in the case of obtaining a recommendation from the user C who satisfies with the customer service of each driver D and a data search means 26 for searching recommendation situation of each driver D from the user C stored in the driver database 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
