基于就业能力培养的高职实践性教学环节构建--以物流管理专业为例

With the rapid development of the future industry, the increasing demand for higher vocational logistics management personnel, improve the employment ability of the students has become the main task of teaching practice. Based on analyzing the elements of employment ability of logistics management major in higher vocational college, put forward the measures to improve the employment ability by improving the practical teaching of higher vocational college:reasonable design of logistics management specialty practice teaching system, improve the occupation qualification certification, the logistics industry in the practical teaching and introduce the third party industry evaluation and assessment.%随着未来行业的快速发展，对高职物流管理人才需求日益增加，提高该专业学生就业能力已成为实践性教学环节的主要任务。在全面分析高职物流管理专业就业能力要素的基础上，提出通过完善高职实践性教学环节来提高就业能力的措施：合理设计物流管理专业实践性教学体系、完善物流行业职业资格认证工作、实践性教学中引入第三方行业评价和考核等。
