The present invention relates to a hybrid coaching system based on a web service for college career guidance and a method of implementing the same. The method of implementing the hybrid coaching system according to the present invention includes a step of selecting a coach to receive career guidance; a step of confirming a coaching contract; a step of inputting a career search result in a test execution guide file; a self-understanding check step for calculating a career search result score; a step of confirming coaching guide; a step of confirming career matching; a step of writing a performance target; and a step of checking the suitability of the performance.
