信息技术在大型医疗设备流程化管理中的应用

结合我国医疗机构的实际境况,以市级医院CT检查的工作流程为研究对象,通过采集数据,分析CT检查时间的各种影响因素,应用管理理论和流程分析方法,优化检查的工作流程,规范操作程序,并利用信息化手段,以提高医疗机构的服务水平和设备的使用率.%Combined with the real situation of medical treatment organizations in our country, and took the workflow of CT examination in municipal hospitals as a research object, every factor that affects the time of CT examination was analyzed through collecting data. By applying management theories and methods of flow analysis, the workflow of CT examination was optimized and the operation program was standardized. Moreover, by taking advantage of information -based methods, the serving level and utilization ratio of the equipment in medical treatment organizations were improved.
