基于熵权-TOPSIS和DEA算法的港口综合实力评价及作业效率研究

     

摘要

现代港口对推动一国经济发展具有重要影响,随着港口规模不断扩大,港口之间的竞争日益加剧,如何促进港口可持续健康发展成为各国关注的焦点.在此背景下,该文以上海港和宁波舟山港等几个主要沿海港口为例,根据港口实际发展情况建立了涵盖港口运营规模在内的六方面港口竞争力评价指标体系,利用熵权-TOPSIS对港口竞争力进行深入的实证分析,并使用DEA算法对当前港口发展进行作业效率分析,得出各港口综合实力参差不齐,但总体向前发展,与各大港口实际发展现状相符;最后运用定性与定量分析法,对实证分析中各大港口发展中存在的问题,提出了具有针对性的发展意见.%Modern port has the important influence on promoting the development of national economy.With the expanding of port scale,the competition between ports is increasingly fierce.How to promote the sustained and healthy development of the ports becomes the focus of all the countries.In this background,some major coastal ports,such as Shanghai port and Ningbo-zhoushan port,are taken as examples.Through setting up the index system for port competitiveness including six aspects,port comprehen sive strength and operation efficiency are analyzed using the entropy-weighted-TOPSIS and DEA method,respectively.It is concluded that the port comprehensive strength is uneven,while overall developing forward.Combining the current situation of the ports,in depth analysis of the ports is performed and some targeted suggestions are put forward for the port development.
